Sworn translation

Birth, marriage and divorce certificates, diplomas, contracts, court rulings and summons, statutes, certificates of incorporation, etc. may all require translation specifically by a sworn or certified translator.

This type of translation is used for documents intended for an official organisation (public administration, notary or insurance company), for which translations must be certified in order to ensure that they are the precise and faithful reproduction of the text in the source document.

This is why we call upon sworn translators, in other words, a court-registered expert.

Please note: legal translation is not necessarily sworn translation, and choosing a sworn translation does not necessarily mean that the quality of the translation will be higher…

We will therefore direct you towards the type of translation you need.
